For their new headquarter in Eindhoven they are looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer (m/f). You will develop a high-performance, scalable system, which will secure a strong foundation for the future business and in a certain way, disrupt the market. The new system will enable growers all over the world to live up to the constantly growing population and secure sustainable and most efficient farming.


Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for producing REST-based webservices and APIs to be accessed via mobile and web platforms that are not only performant, but also beautifully designed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation of new features and pro-actively propose new solutions
  • Bring existing professional knowledge up to date: research new software and internet technologies, participate in training and education opportunities, study professional publications, direct the development of staff as necessary

Your profile:

  • 8 years of software/web application development practice
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and other frontend technologies (AngularJS, ReactJS, Express, Sail.js…)
  • You are well acquainted with object-oriented design and the programming of backend applications and REST API’s using Java or Node.js
  • Working knowledge of how to develop a service-based architecture and/or microservices
  • You have designed and developed data persistence and caching concepts with both SQL and NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc)
